- Holds a Law degree in Legal-Criminal Sciences from Universidade Lusíada of Porto (1998), with a final grade of 14/20.
- Successfully completed the 6th edition of the Capacity-Building Programme on Human Rights for Public Administration, delivered by INA - National Institute of Administration, I.P. (2024), with a final grade of 17.22/20.

Professional Experience:
- Lawyer (1998-2001)
- Member and Legal Advisor at the Commission for the Dissuasion of Drug Addiction of Braga, since June 2001.

Other Notable Activities:
- In 2024, was appointed as a Member of the Ethics Committee of ICAD - Institute for Addictive Behaviours and Dependencies, I.P., and was elected Vice-President.
- As a legal advisor, she was part of several working groups appointed by the Directorate of SICAD – Service for the Intervention in Addictive Behaviours and Dependencies, aimed at both adopting and updating the Guidelines for Harmonising Legal Procedures in the Commissions for the Dissuasion of Drug Addiction, as well as addressing other issues related to the legal framework surrounding the consumption of illicit drugs.
- As part of an institutional collaboration network, she is a guest trainer for the Territorial Command of the GNR (National Republican Guard) of Braga, delivering internal training sessions on the Legal Framework for the consumption and possession of illicit substances.
