Founder and CEO of Lazarus Technology S.L., a Spanish company specialised in cybersecurity. With a distinguished career in the technological field, I have led key initiatives to protect businesses and organisations from complex digital threats. Under my leadership, Lazarus Technology has established itself as a benchmark in the industry, offering advanced solutions in the detection and prevention of cyberattacks, as well as in incident recovery. Manuel is known for his focus on technological innovation and for promoting cybersecurity awareness at all levels of business and society. Additionally, he is a regular speaker and contributor to specialised programmes, sharing his expertise on cybersecurity and technological risks.

Managing Partner of Lazarus Technology and Head of the Lazarus Forensic Technology Laboratory, he has studied Technology and Forensics in Florida (USA). Official Court Expert and member of ASPEJURE, with identification number 00213, specialising in forensic technology and data recovery, a field in which he has 30 years of experience (since 1994). Member of the Association of IT Technicians (ATI) with membership number 12.761. Full member of AEDEL (Spanish Association of Electronic Evidence). Scientific Advisor at the Institute of Political Sciences, and within it, Honorary Professor for the Chair of Cybernetics at UNESCO, Professor of the Master’s in Information Technology Law at the universities of Carlos III, Camilo José Cela, and Villanueva. Professor in Digital Forensics and Electronic Investigation at Incibe (National Cybersecurity Institute of Spain), delivering training for national and Latin American judges and prosecutors. Professor of Digital Research in the Criminalistics degree at the European University of Madrid. Professor in the Master’s in Applied Cybersecurity at UNED. Professor at the Garrigues Centre for Studies. Master's degree in Cyber Risk Management from Harvard University (Cambridge, Massachusetts). Professor of Digital Research and Electronic Evidence for the Illustrious Bar Association of Madrid (ICAM). He regularly participates as an expert at numerous conferences and collaborates in the development of new methodologies and data recovery techniques in cooperation with the State Security Forces and Corps in the areas of data recovery and forensic analytics. Expert in the use of digital evidence tools. He has extensive experience in preparing technological expert reports and in their ratification, both in judicial jurisdictions and in arbitral courts.
