Ricardo Pipa is the Managing Partner of Ligare - Expanding Knowledge, with over 30 years of experience in advanced technologies, including security, enterprise networks, data centers, and collaboration. He is currently a member of the Homeland Security Observatory in Portugal, where he develops studies and recommendations to enhance the use of technology within national security frameworks. Throughout his career, Ricardo has held strategic roles in global organizations, combining a strong technical background with expertise in leadership, team development, and the design of innovative solutions. He holds multiple Cisco certifications, covering areas such as data center, IP telephony and Contact Centers, Network Security and Cybersecurity. A polyglot and results-driven professional, he has significantly contributed to bridging technology and human interaction, both in projects and in training environments. Ricardo holds a degree in Electrotechnics from the Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Coimbra and a postgraduate degree in Medical Response to Major Incidents from the Madeira International Disaster Training Center.
