The congress will be held exclusively online.
The online access is done through the congress website, in each user's personal area, using the email and password created for registration.
Participation implies complete and valid registration.
To participate online, select the LOGIN button in the upper right-right corner of the congress website.
Click on "Sessions" on the left side menu of your personal area. On the days of the congress you will be shown a list of the sessions taking place. Simply choose the session and press the "JOIN" button.
Mainland Portugal time zone.
To ensure that your presentation runs smoothly, we suggest that you do an audio, video and file sharing test beforehand.
To do this, select the LOGIN button in the top right-hand corner of the congress website.
Click on “Sessions” on the left side of your personal area.
Enter the “Test Session (Audio, Video and File Sharing)” session.
The test session will be open all week.
The technical team will be available at the following times:
December 2nd
- 10 a.m to 11.15 a.m for authors;
- 11.15 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. for chairs/speakers.
December 3rd:
- 2 p.m to 3.30 p.m for authors;
- 3.30 p.m to 5.00 p.m for chairs/speakers.
Please note that the schedule refer to the timezone of mainland Portugal.
Please note the following requirements:
- Stable internet access;
- Microphone and camera;
- We recommend the use of headphones with a microphone (not compulsory);
- Use of Google Chrome or FireFox.
